Placing An Order

When placing an order it’s important to remember that our site is NOT operated as a shopping cart. Therefore you should NOT send credit card information to us via email. At the time you call and place your order we will take the appropriate payment information, the old fashion way, verbally.

Payment Methods

Maryland Tack, Inc. accepts Visa and Mastercard. We also accept checks and USPS money orders.

If paying by check or USPS money order:

  • Please include a copy of your order.
  • If you choose to pay by check shipment of your order will be delayed until you check clears.
  • If paying by USPS money order your order will ship upon receipt of the money order.
  • Please make check or money order payable to Maryland Tack, Inc.

Shipping Information & Rates

Shipping times will vary. In most cases items will be shipped in 1 to 10 days. However, every item isn’t always in stock. Items in stock will generally ship the next day.

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground.

Saddles … English $38, Western saddles $40, for most locations. If the shipping is more we will notify you prior to shipping.

UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Shipping is available. Please call for applicable rate quote.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, store credit or refund of the purchase price. Items returned must be in new condition in original packaging with all tags in place. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Items that have been used, abused or damaged will not be accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for Clearance, Closeout and Custom items (color or size).

Saddles may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt of the saddle if the saddle is in like new condition and free of any signs of usage.
